Cooling Tunnel is more of a continuous cooling mechanism where the hot product is placed onto an endless traveling band or porous belt and is conveyed through the cooling box which has recirculating air blowing through the product. Upon exiting the belt the product is cooled to the requisite temperature and possible moisture.
