This is currently a 2 mould impression but moulds can be changed to fit your product needs. This model is able to make 1000 cycles/hour by working without vacuum-gas facilities.  Of course by working with moulds with more impressions, the actual capacity of the machine is obtained multiplying this value by the number of impressions of the mould; the real output depends also on the material (film and trays) chosen by the customer. 

On working under modified atmosphere the output decreases according to the time required for the operations of vacuum creationand gas injection. This unit also comes with a M.W. Waldrop infeed conveyor with denester.
